1Win Crypto Withdrawal Not Received — Troubleshooting
If your 1Win crypto withdrawal has been approved but the funds have not arrived in your wallet, there are several steps to diagnose and resolve the issue. In most cases, the funds are in transit and the delay is caused by network congestion or exchange processing requirements.

First, check whether 1Win has provided a TXID (transaction ID) for your withdrawal. This is found in your Account > Transaction History. If a TXID is present, the funds have been sent by 1Win and the issue is on the blockchain or receiving end.
If you have a TXID, paste it into the appropriate blockchain explorer: Blockchain.info (BTC), Etherscan.io (ETH/ERC20), Tronscan.org (TRC20 USDT). Check confirmation count.
Common reasons a crypto withdrawal is not received: (1) Insufficient confirmations — most exchanges require 1-20 confirmations depending on the coin. Wait for the required count. (2) Wrong network — if you selected TRC20 USDT but your wallet only supports ERC20, funds may be on the wrong chain. Contact your wallet support. (3) Wrong address — if the address was entered incorrectly, the transaction cannot be reversed. Contact 1Win support immediately with the TXID.

If no TXID is shown after 24 hours, the withdrawal may still be in 1Win's internal processing queue. Contact 1Win live support via chat with: your account ID, withdrawal request ID, the amount and cryptocurrency, and the wallet address you entered. They can provide the current status and escalate to the finance team if needed.
